01. Is my letter really personalized?
Yes. Your personal astrology letter is created using your birth date, birth time, and birthplace, reflecting your unique birth chart and the astrological themes unfolding specifically for you.
02. When can I join, and when will my letter arrive?
You can join anytime. Sign up by the 20th to receive that month’s letter. Join after the 20th, and your first letter will be part of the following month’s mailing.
Letters are sent around the 22nd. U.S. delivery typically takes 3–10 days, while international delivery may take 2–6 weeks.
03. Will every month’s mail be the same?
Never. Each month brings new cosmic energy, new themes, and a new experience to open.
Your personal letter changes alongside your astrology, and the additional messages and keepsakes will vary throughout your membership, giving you something new to look forward to every month.
04. What if I don’t know my exact birth time?
Yes, you can still subscribe and receive a personalized letter using your birth date and birthplace.
Without an exact birth time, I cannot reliably calculate your Vedic rising sign, houses, or certain timing techniques, so your reading will be less specific.
I will never guess these placements or present uncertain information as fact. If you know an approximate time, you may include it, but please mark it as an estimate.
05. Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time before your next renewal date to prevent future charges.
Because each month’s mail is thoughtfully prepared and personalized in advance, any order that has already been processed or prepared for mailing cannot be canceled or refunded.

07. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Physical Letters From the Stars memberships are available internationally. If you don’t see your country available at checkout, please email us. We may be able to open shipping to your country for you. Our Digital Membership is also available worldwide.
Please note that international shipping is not included in the subscription price and will be added at checkout based on your delivery address.
